Meet Richard, a seasoned professional with 30 years’ experience in senior WHS, HR and Operational roles. Richard is the founder and Managing Director of Culturology, Australian General Manager for Leading Harvest Australia and a Senior Consultant with Lloyd Jones Meakin Group. Engaging, entrepreneurial, and irreverent, Richard is on a lifelong journey of learning and making a lasting impact.
Richard has held key WHS leadership positions at Boral, Telstra, Asciano and most recently Laing O'Rourke Australia. As a consultant he has supported a range of Blue Chip clients including CFA, Tomra-Cleanaway, Westpac, Woolworths and Wesfarmers, Richard's commitment to continuous improvement is evident in his formal education, including a Company Directors Course from AICD, a Master of OHS from Sydney University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial Relations/Politics from UNSW.
Richard's journey reflects an unwavering dedication to shaping cultures, fostering safety, and driving positive change. As a Board member of the AIHS, Richard is focussed on ensuring that the organisation is responsive to members, active in national WHS debates and uses its resources efficiently.
